Protect cables and equipment from crowds, vehicles, weather and unauthorized access with rated paths and covers. Keep management isolated, label temporary assets and do not create ad hoc shared credentials or flat networks for speed.
Tag temporary gear with the case it came from and shoot each zone as built, because teardown happens fast and in the dark. Other vendors move things overnight, so a morning walk against yesterday’s images catches a relocated switch or an unplugged run before doors rather than during the rush.

Workflow, resilience and acceptance testing
Load-test representative ingress scanning, concessions, staff devices, signage and production flows at realistic concurrency. Test primary/backup connectivity and recovery under the approved method. Confirm monitoring and command staff can identify zone, device, circuit and owner quickly. Freeze nonessential changes before doors and log every event-day intervention.
Name the person authorized to call a hold before doors, and put that decision on the schedule with a time attached. Pair the intervention log with the monitoring export and the zone map at the end of the night, so the review compares what staff saw on radio with what the network recorded.

Fleet records, exceptions and support handoff
Deliver permanent and temporary asset/port/power/circuit records, zone tests, configurations, exceptions and incident timeline. Reconcile rentals and removed equipment at teardown. Conduct a post-event review covering capacity, coverage, failures, spares, vendor response and changes required before the next event.
