Outdoor point-to-point wireless antenna system

Deployment, cutover and field support

Staged, deployed, validated and supported in the field

For Peplink Connectivity Rollouts, TechRunz combines equipment staging with onsite installation, cutover, validation, troubleshooting, maintenance, refresh work and post-install field support. We can join during planning or take over a live rollout across western markets.

  • Equipment Staging
  • Onsite Installation
  • Cutover & Validation
  • Troubleshooting & Refresh
  • Field Support

New installation: Launching a new rollout? We can stage kits, deploy onsite, commission the technology and document acceptance.

Existing system: Supporting installed technology? We can troubleshoot, replace, refresh, maintain and close out corrective work.

Peplink Balance, MAX and SpeedFusion rollouts

Coordinate WAN circuits, SIMs, antennas, InControl 2, SpeedFusion and failover testing for branch or mobile connectivity.

What makes this rollout different

Peplink portfolios include Balance multi-WAN appliances, MAX cellular routers, SpeedFusion technologies and InControl 2 cloud management. The correct device depends on WAN count, modem and carrier support, throughput, Wi-Fi needs, environment and required bonding or failover behavior.

Each site kit identifies the appliance, SIMs, antennas, cables, mounts, power and licenses. Antenna placement is validated with radio metrics and representative traffic. Multi-cellular systems require an accurate map between modem, SIM, carrier and antenna path.

InControl 2 organization, group, configuration and firmware ownership should be ready before installation. SpeedFusion or hot-failover tests need named success criteria for the actual application. A tunnel showing connected is not proof that voice, video or transactions survive a path change.

Platform families in the field package

The site kit, instructions and validation must match the role of each product family.

Balance routers

Multi-WAN branch appliances for routing, failover and supported SpeedFusion.

MAX cellular routers

Fixed, mobile and rugged cellular connectivity platforms.

SpeedFusion

Bonding, smoothing or hot-failover functions for supported peers and services.

InControl 2

Cloud inventory, configuration, health, reports and lifecycle operations.

Repeatable deployment runbook

Every stage has prerequisites, an owner, evidence and a clear exception path.

Map WANs

Record circuits, modems, SIMs, carriers, antennas and intended priority.

Stage

Assign InControl group, configuration, licenses and target firmware.

Install

Mount, power, cable and optimize antennas using measured metrics.

Test

Exercise routing, failover or SpeedFusion with representative applications.

Site acceptance evidence

  • Every WAN and SIM is correctly identified and active.
  • Antenna metrics and throughput meet the approved target.
  • Failover or SpeedFusion behavior is proven with an actual application flow.
  • InControl, serials, modems, SIM references and photos are reconciled.
