Digital signage installation
Verify wall construction, mounting height, orientation, viewing conditions, power, player location, ventilation, network access, content-management enrollment and remote recovery. Acceptance should confirm the correct content, schedule, orientation and management status at the named endpoint.
Paging and integrated audio
Map zones, speakers, amplifiers, priority inputs, scheduled messages, microphone or phone interfaces and any approved emergency-system boundary. Validate routing and intelligibility under representative operating noise rather than relying only on an idle-room test.
Multi-site rollout controls
Standardize the site-readiness checklist, approved bill of materials, naming convention, network requirements, configuration reference, photograph angles, exception categories and definition of done. Pilot sites should test both the technical design and the technician instructions before wider deployment.
