Wireless access point installation for a multi-site rollout

Deployment, cutover and field support

Staged, deployed, validated and supported in the field

For Aruba Wireless Rollouts, TechRunz combines equipment staging with onsite installation, cutover, validation, troubleshooting, maintenance, refresh work and post-install field support. We can join during planning or take over a live rollout across western markets.

  • Equipment Staging
  • Onsite Installation
  • Cutover & Validation
  • Troubleshooting & Refresh

New installation: Launching a new rollout? We can stage kits, deploy onsite, commission the technology and document acceptance.

Existing system: Supporting installed technology? We can troubleshoot, replace, refresh, maintain and close out corrective work.

Aruba wireless and CX switching field rollouts

Turn an approved Aruba design into repeatable staging, mounting, PoE, adoption and validation tasks across many sites.

What makes this rollout different

An Aruba rollout succeeds when Central groups, licenses, target firmware, serial inventory and configuration ownership are ready before the technician arrives. The field package should say whether access points and CX switches are pre-staged, zero-touch provisioned or adopted during the visit, and it should identify the remote engineer authorized to resolve configuration exceptions.

Physical work includes rack and power verification, uplink and stack cabling, PoE capacity, patching, access-point mounting and cable testing. AP locations and orientation come from the approved RF design; field technicians document unavoidable deviations instead of quietly choosing a convenient ceiling tile.

Closeout proves more than device visibility. It records serials, MACs, switch ports, AP locations, photographs, negotiated speed, PoE class and representative wireless service. Failed adoption, cabling, license and RF conditions are separated so the correct team owns the next action.

Platform families in the field package

The site kit, instructions and validation must match the role of each product family.

Aruba Central

Tenant, group, license, inventory and firmware readiness for each rollout wave.

Aruba access points

Mounting, certified cabling, PoE and RF validation for indoor or outdoor APs.

Aruba CX switches

Rack, power, stacking, uplinks, optics, patching and management visibility.

Gateways and branch devices

Circuit, WAN, power and remote-activation coordination for the approved design.

Repeatable deployment runbook

Every stage has prerequisites, an owner, evidence and a clear exception path.

Pre-stage

Claim serials, apply approved groups and confirm target release before shipment.

Readiness

Verify rack, circuit, copper or fiber links, PoE and mounting locations.

Activate

Install, adopt and coordinate configuration through named remote ownership.

Prove

Capture service checks, inventory, photos, software versions and exceptions.

Site acceptance evidence

  • Device appears in the correct Central tenant, group and site.
  • Switch uplinks, stack or VSF and PoE operate as designed.
  • AP cabling is certified and representative clients connect and roam.
  • Exceptions identify cause, owner, evidence and revisit requirement.
