Mounting, player and network installation
Install the listed mount and hardware into a verified structure, observing manufacturer torque and safety instructions. Provide ventilation and access to power, inputs, controls and player. Secure small devices without blocking airflow or wireless antennas.
Connect the player to the intended wired or wireless service and verify DHCP, DNS, time, certificates and required outbound destinations. Label display, player, network and power consistently with the CMS record. Avoid consumer extension arrangements hidden in walls or inaccessible cavities.
Use a written method of procedure with hold points for configuration-sensitive actions. Photograph and label the before state, preserve known-good cabling or configuration, and keep a practical rollback path. Record deviations as they occur instead of reconstructing them after the visit.

Playback, scheduling and recovery tests
Set input, orientation, resolution, overscan, brightness, power schedule and audio behavior. Enroll the player in the correct tenant and group, then verify download, cache, schedule, transitions and proof-of-play or health telemetry where supported.
Restart player and display, interrupt and restore the network, and confirm the approved cached-content behavior. Test remote screenshot, control or alert functions when licensed. Inspect representative content from normal viewing distance for cropping, small type, contrast and motion artifacts.
