Working in a building that never fully closes

A hotel cannot be emptied for a technology project. Work happens floor by floor, around occupancy, with corridors that must stay presentable and guests who will complain about noise before nine. The wireless has to be good enough that guests do not notice it, which is a higher bar than most office deployments.

Density is the technical challenge. Every room is an occupied space with several devices, walls are often dense, and the ceiling void may not be available. Access point placement follows what the building allows, verified by measurement rather than a predicted heat map.
