Branch network equipment installation and refresh

Deployment, cutover and field support

Staged, deployed, validated and supported in the field

For Cisco Meraki Rollout Services, TechRunz combines equipment staging with onsite installation, cutover, validation, troubleshooting, maintenance, refresh work and post-install field support. We can join during planning or take over a live rollout across western markets.

  • Equipment Staging
  • Onsite Installation
  • Cutover & Validation
  • Troubleshooting & Refresh
  • Field Support

New installation: Launching a new rollout? We can stage kits, deploy onsite, commission the technology and document acceptance.

Existing system: Supporting installed technology? We can troubleshoot, replace, refresh, maintain and close out corrective work.

Cisco Meraki branch and wireless rollout services

Coordinate Dashboard staging, circuits, MX cutovers, MS switching and MR wireless validation through a repeatable site runbook.

What makes this rollout different

Meraki rollout readiness begins in Dashboard. The organization, network, template, licenses, serial claims, target firmware and administrator ownership must be correct before the kit reaches the site. Field technicians receive only the access needed for the approved task.

MX work is driven by ISP handoff, addressing, routing, VPN, cutover and rollback. MS work adds rack, power, uplinks, stacking, port profiles and PoE. MR work adds mounting, certified copper, AP naming and post-install wireless validation. These tasks can share a visit but not a single generic checklist.

The completion package records Dashboard visibility, serials, MACs, interfaces, switch ports, AP locations, photographs and representative service. A site that cannot be accepted is categorized by circuit, cabling, equipment, configuration, access or design issue.

Repeatable deployment runbook

Every stage has prerequisites, an owner, evidence and a clear exception path.

Dashboard gate

Claim, license and assign equipment to the intended site or template.

Site gate

Verify circuits, rack, power, patching and AP locations.

Cutover

Follow the approved MOP with remote validation and rollback hold points.

Closeout

Capture service, inventory, ports, AP map, photos and exceptions.

Site acceptance evidence

  • All devices appear in the correct Dashboard network and template.
