Install and turn up SD-WAN edge appliances with LTE or 5G backup, then prove the failover actually carries production traffic.

Installing the backup path, then proving it works

Cellular failover is bought for the day the circuit dies and is almost never tested under load before that day. Plenty of sites discover during a real outage that the antenna sits in a metal closet, the data plan throttles after a few gigabytes, or the tunnel comes up but the application never follows.

We install the edge hardware, place antennas where signal is actually usable, register the appliance to your controller and then force a failover while somebody watches the applications that matter. A backup path nobody has tested is a line item, not a plan.
