Doing the slow work indoors, before it costs field hours

A technician who configures on site is being paid site rates to do warehouse work, usually on a schedule that has no room for it. Staging moves that effort to a bench where a failed unit can be swapped from stock instead of turning into a return visit.

We receive from your distributor or manufacturer, apply the build, kit by destination and ship to arrive against the install calendar. Serial-to-site mapping is recorded as the kits are packed, not reconstructed afterward from shipping labels.

  • Receiving, count verification and damage inspection against the packing list
