Discuss a project with TechRunz

Share the number of locations, equipment list, statement of work, target schedule, site restrictions, and reporting requirements. We can help convert an early deployment idea into a repeatable field package or support an established rollout plan.

Information that helps us respond

  • Project address or list of locations
  • Facility type and operating schedule
  • Existing equipment, drawings, photographs, or standards
  • Desired outcome and known problems
  • Target schedule, access, and reporting requirements

You do not need a complete specification before contacting us. We can identify the missing decisions and recommend the next practical step.

For a rollout request, share the location list, planned work window, equipment bill of materials, pilot status, remote support contacts, validation steps, and required closeout evidence. If the field procedure is still evolving, we can help turn the first-site findings into a repeatable deployment package.

During intake we determine which standards are truly identical at every location and which decisions remain site-specific. Equipment substitutions, shipping ownership, local contacts, access instructions, remote engineering coverage, outage approvals, validation screens, photographs, asset fields, failed-site handling, and return visits should be defined before a larger deployment wave is scheduled.

A useful rollout proposal defines the unit of work, site-readiness gate, technician tasks, remote-team responsibilities, completion evidence, exception categories, revisit rules, and reporting cadence. When those controls are still being tested, beginning with a pilot provides better information than estimating a large wave from unverified assumptions.

Send a project request

Share the rollout or field-service basics below. A deployment specialist will review the request and help define the pilot, scheduling, field work, validation and closeout next step.

What happens after the first conversation

The next step should match the maturity of the project. Some requests are ready for pricing; others need a survey, pilot, design review, or troubleshooting visit first.

    Qualify

Confirm the site count, equipment kit, work window, and remote resources

    Pilot

Define the pilot, field instructions, validation, evidence, and escalation path

    Schedule

Organize rollout waves, technician scheduling, logistics, and exceptions

    Report

Prepare a location-level estimate or repeatable deployment program

    Where we work from

Multi-site technology rollouts and field services across the West Coast, run out of San Francisco with program management from Charlotte. On a rollout the question is never whether the work can be done — it is whether someone is close enough to be on site the morning it slips.
